Key duties * Create engaging content for social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. * Develop written content such as blogs, articles, candidate success stories and company updates. * Assist with email marketing campaigns. * Create graphics, videos and promotional materials using design software. * Monitor social media engagement and respond to enquiries where appropriate. * Support website updates and content management activities. * Analyse campaign performance and produce basic reports. * Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Candidate requirements * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Creative mindset with an eye for detail. * Interest in social media, content creation and digital marketing. * Good organisational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Basic knowledge of Canva is advantageous
