OTE: £50,000–£70,000+ with Uncapped Commission

As our portfolio continues to grow, we're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join our team and help market and sell our property stock.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with estate agency experience who enjoys negotiating deals, conducting viewings and helping transactions progress smoothly from launch through to completion.

The Role

Working from either our Shoreditch or Chigwell office, you'll be responsible for assisting with the sale of our residential property portfolio.

You'll work closely with our acquisitions and sales progression teams to ensure properties are marketed effectively, buyers are engaged quickly and sales are agreed and progressed as efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
• Managing the sale of our residential property stock.

Arranging and conducting property viewings.

Qualifying prospective purchasers.

Negotiating offers and securing the best possible outcome.

Liaising with buyers, solicitors and other parties throughout the sales process.

Progressing agreed sales through to exchange and completion.

Providing regular updates to buyers and colleagues.

Working with our marketing team to maximise property exposure.

Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system.

Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every transaction.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience within residential estate agency or property sales.

Is confident conducting viewings and negotiating property sales.

Is highly organised and able to manage multiple properties simultaneously.

Has excellent communication and customer service skills.

Thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Is IT literate and comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own vehicle, as travelling to property appointments is an essential part of the role.
