Ranson Barnes Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a thriving and well-established Sheffield-based business that continues to grow year after year. Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to recruit a driven and ambitious Sales Account Manager to join their successful commercial team.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you'll play a key role in driving business growth across the UK. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and growing existing accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Generating and qualifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, CRM systems, and marketing tools
* Building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
* Understanding customer challenges and delivering tailored solutions
* Managing and developing key accounts to maximise revenue and retention
* Conducting client meetings and visits when required
* Preparing proposals, quotations, and maintaining accurate CRM records
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
* Acting as a professional ambassador for the business at all times
About You
We're looking for someone who is:

Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management
* Strong IT skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent
Desirable
* Degree educated or equivalent qualification
