Due to ongoing expansion, they are looking to recruit a driven and ambitious Sales Account Manager to join their successful commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in business development, sales, or account management who enjoys building relationships, winning new business, and making a real impact. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing client relationships, and growing existing accounts. Your responsibilities will include: * Generating and qualifying new business opportunities through market research, networking, CRM systems, and marketing tools * Building strong relationships with prospective and existing clients * Understanding customer challenges and delivering tailored solutions * Managing and developing key accounts to maximise revenue and retention * Conducting client meetings and visits when required * Preparing proposals, quotations, and maintaining accurate CRM records * Working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience * Acting as a professional ambassador for the business at all times About You We're looking for someone who is: ✔ Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven ✔ Confident building relationships and developing new business ✔ A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills ✔ Commercially aware and able to identify opportunities ✔ Organised, proactive, and self-motivated ✔ Resilient, positive, and focused on achieving results Essential Requirements * Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management * Strong IT skills * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities * Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent Desirable * Degree educated or equivalent qualification Apply Today If you're looking for a role where your hard work is recognised and rewarded, we'd love to hear from you.
