Project Manager – Construction £45,000 – £50,000 based in Chertsey, Surrey

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a construction background to join a well-established and successful business.

This is a hands-on role managing multiple projects from the initial customer enquiry and quotation through to procurement, delivery, site works and final completion.

You will act as the main point of contact throughout the project, coordinating customers, suppliers and contractors and ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required standard.
Responsibilities

• Managing multiple projects from initial enquiry through to completion
• Preparing quotations, estimates and proposals
• Liaising with clients to establish project requirements
• Reviewing project specifications and requirements
• Sourcing materials and obtaining supplier quotations
• Negotiating prices and lead times with suppliers
• Raising and managing purchase orders
• Managing project costs, schedules and deadlines
• Coordinating suppliers, contractors and site activities
• Arranging site visits and surveys where required
