This is a commercially driven role where you’ll interpret financial models, drive revenue growth, manage tenant relationships, and oversee value-enhancing capex initiatives. You'll be expected to think like an investor and act like an operator.The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years’ experience in retail asset management, ideally within mixed-use or precinct-style environments. You’ll have a strong understanding of leasing dynamics, retail performance metrics, and commercial property finance. You enjoy engaging with tenants as much as you do analysing numbers.
