Responsible for staff and managers at Garmin Swansea
Provide advice and guidance on employee relation issues to team leaders, supervisors and managers across the business.
Provide advice and guidance on occupational health referrals, absence management issues and return to work cases to team leaders, supervisors and managers across the business.
Provide advice and guidance on job descriptions, recruitment, induction, restructuring and redeployment processes, advising on best practice.
Arrange and attend informal/formal meetings and hearings with the department heads, ensuring all processes are followed and that all paperwork work is accurate.
To contribute to the review and development of HR policies and procedures in accordance with the legal framework of employment legislation.
Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with the current legislation
Informing employees of their rights and entitlements and keeping them up to date on any changes that are made
Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations
Handling HR matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirements
Supporting the HR Director with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary
Responsible for administering disciplinary, grievance and termination procedures, advising management where necessary to ensure all cases are handled in accordance with company policy and current legislation. xwzovoh
Partnering with line managers to review employee relations, performance management, resourcing and staff management
Ensure effective relationships and information flow between HR and management, especially across the multi-site/international businesses
Provide practical tools, support and advice to line managers
Ensure ADP is kept up to date
Conduct exit interviews for any positions, if needed.
Complete project work or ad hoc requests as they arise
