We are looking for a reliable, practical and proactive School Caretaker to join our team as soon as possible, supporting the day-to-day maintenance, safety and security of three school sites across Ealing and Hayes.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in maintaining safe, clean, secure and welcoming school environments.

As the role covers three sites, the successful candidate must be able to travel between two locations in Ealing and one in Hayes. A full, valid UK driving licence is essential, as the role includes minibus driving duties.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance, minor repairs and basic DIY tasks.
Open and close school premises, ensuring buildings are safe and secure.
Complete routine site inspections and report any maintenance or health and safety concerns.
Maintain school grounds, playgrounds and external areas.
Set up and clear rooms for school activities and events.
Ensure the premises are clean, tidy and well maintained.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent issues.
