People Solutions are currently recruiting for a FLT Reach Truck Driver to join our well-established client based in Northampton, Northamptonshire .
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, stable weekday hours, and genuine opportunities for growth and progression.
This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a FLT Operator, FLT Driver or Forklift Reach Truck Operative.
Shifts:
•  Sunday – Thursday Nights
•  22:00 – 06:00
Rates of Pay:
•  £16.51 – £24.76 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
As a FLT Reach Truck Driver , your duties will include (but are not limited to):
•  Operating a FLT Reach Truck safely and efficiently
•  Carrying out pre-use inspections and reporting any faults
•  Receiving goods into the warehouse and stowing pallets
•  Checking quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goods
•  Unpacking and storing incoming deliveries
•  Organising stock for dispatch
•  Moving goods around the warehouse as required
•  Adhering to health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills:
As an FLT Reach Truck Driver , you will need:
•  Valid Reach Truck licence (we will consider expired or internal licence)
•  Proven experience operating a FLT Reach Truck
•  Good communication skills and ability to multi-task
•  Strong spatial awareness
•  High level of accuracy and attention to detail
•  Good xwzovoh organisational skills
•  Reliable and self-motivated attitude
•  Flexibility and willingness to undertake a variety of tasks
•  Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience:
•  Previous warehouse experience
Training:
•  Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout
