Customer Service Associate Location: Droitwich Spa Job Type: Full-time Department: Commercial Reporting to: Commercial Director About the Role We are recruiting on behalf of a leading plastic injection moulding company based in Droitwich Spa, known for delivering high-quality manufacturing solutions to a wide range of industries.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join their Commercial team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and building strong customer relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating customer orders and schedules within the ERP system, supporting customer account activities, and assisting with general administrative duties across the business.
Key Responsibilities Receive and process customer orders via email Load and maintain customer orders and schedules within the EFACS ERP system Validate pricing and initiate the Contract Review process Ensure customer orderbooks remain aligned and up to date Generate new part profiles and Bills of Materials (BoMs) Respond to customer queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner Support the Commercial Department through daily accountability meetings and action tracking Assist with obsolete tooling management and customer liaison Provide general administrative and office support as required Maintain compliance with company Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management procedures Uphold customer and company confidentiality at all times Skills & Experience Required Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Good communication and interpersonal skills Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word Strong spoken and written xwzovoh English skills Numerate, analytical, and problem-solving mindset Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work Ability to build professional relationships internally and externally Desirable Skills Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications Previous ERP system experience (EFACS experience advantageous) Experience within a manufacturing or commercial office environment What We Offer Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunities for personal development and progression Varied and engaging role within a growing business Competitive salary and benefits package If interested please apply!
