Depute Headteacher Primary (1FTE) (Permanent) Hecklegirth Primary School Hecklegirth Primary School is a vibrant and inclusive school at the heart of the Annan community, serving 196 children across our mainstream and Learning Centre classes, alongside a Nursery of 87 children. Our dedicated staff team works collaboratively to deliver high-quality learning and teaching within a welcoming, supportive and inclusive school community.   We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and committed Depute Headteacher to join our leadership team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader with a passion for learning and a proven track record in school improvement. The successful candidate will bring strong leadership skills, high-quality teaching expertise across all stages, and a commitment to improving outcomes for all learners.   As a key member of the senior leadership team, the Depute Headteacher will help shape the strategic direction of the school, lead curricular development, and champion learning, teaching and pastoral care. Working in partnership with staff, families and the wider community, they will play a vital role in sustaining improvement, raising attainment and ensuring the very best outcomes for every child. A significant relocation package of up to £5000 may be available to the successful candidate (Permanent positions only) .
