Chef de Partie

Chef De P artie required for a fresh food kitchen between York and Thirsk, this is all fresh food and a good standard of dishes. Chef de partie required £30-34k + tips, parking on site. This role will be training someone to become a future sous chef , if your a chef de partie and want to be a sous chef in the near future, this role is perfect for you. You get two fixed days off each week plus a sunday evening The role As a Chef de P artie you will run a section in the kitchen, this is a small team. They serve local and seasonal meats. You will prep the fridge and cook in service. This role will include all the standard Chef De Pa rtie duties. Experience We are looking for a Chef at Chef De P artie level to work in this fresh food kitchen. You will have good knife skills, be able to work in a small team and due to the location, have your own transport Chef De P artie
