Senior Project Manager/Project Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager to join a growing and ambitious construction business, working on a £17m leisure centre in Wirral. The business specialises in delivering industrial, commercial and leisure projects for a range of high-profile clients, with project values ranging up to £50m. They are continuing to grow and offer genuine opportunities for career progression. You will take responsibility for the overall delivery of the project, working closely with the site team, client and supply chain to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme and to budget. You will have ownership of the programme, client relationships, commercial performance and overall project coordination. This is a permanent opportunity with a business where progression is genuinely encouraged and rewarded. As the company continues to grow, there is scope to take on larger and more complex projects and progress within the business. The company is also introducing a three-day weekend from October this year, including for site-based teams – something very few construction businesses currently offer. The opportunity: * Senior Project Manager / Project Manager * £17m leisure centre project * Permanent position * Overall responsibility for project delivery * Manage client relationships, programme and project teams * Work closely with site, commercial and design teams * Projects ranging up to £50m * Genuine opportunity for career progression * Three-day weekend being introduced from October, including site teams * Growing business that rewards performance and progression This would suit an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a strong background in delivering large-scale construction projects who is looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing business and a genuinely different approach to work-life balance
