Early Years Teaching Assistant - Northampton Location: Northampton, Northamptonshire Start Date: September 2026 Hours: 27.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday (8:45am - 3:15pm) Contract Type: Full-Time, Term Time Only (38 Weeks Per Year) Salary: £24,796 - £25,185 FTE - Actual Salary £15,461.53 - £15,704.13 Are you passionate about supporting young children during the most important stage of their education? Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with a welcoming and nurturing Church school in Northampton that is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team from September 2026.
