MEP Project Manager

MEP Project Manager – Data CentresI am currently seeking experienced MEP Project Managers for opportunities across London, Paris, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Mons, Milan, Madrid, Dublin and Lisbon.I am representing a well-established and highly respected business with a strong presence across the Data Centre industry. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their Data Centre division and delivering major projects across Europe and globally.Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of MEP packages, from pre-construction through installation, commissioning and handover.Manage project teams, subcontractors and multiple stakeholders across Mechanical & Electrical disciplines.Take ownership of programme, cost, quality, safety and project performance.Coordinate design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning activities.Manage subcontractor progress, resources, productivity, variations and commercial performance.Lead client, design, engineering, planning and coordination meetings.Monitor project progress against programme, identifying and resolving technical, commercial and delivery risks.Work closely with commercial teams to manage budgets, valuations, variations and final accounts.Ensure compliance with QA/QC, H&S, specifications, drawings and project requirements.Drive commissioning, snagging and project close-out, including O&M manuals, QA documentation, safety files and handover.Provide strong leadership across the project team and maintain a consistent focus on safety, quality, programme and delivery.Essential Criteria:7+ years' experience in MEP Project Management / Construction Management.Strong Mechanical & Electrical / MEP construction knowledge.Proven experience delivering large-scale construction or engineering projects.Relevant engineering, construction or trade background.Strong understanding of project programmes, commercial management, QA/QC and H&S.Proven ability to manage project teams, subcontractors and client stakeholders.Data Centre experience highly advantageous.Willingness to work on projects across Europe.Benefits:Competitive salary / daily rate depending on experience.Long-term opportunities across Europe and globally.Opportunity to work on major, technically complex Data Centre projects.Potential for continued work across multiple projects.Immediate and upcoming opportunities available.If you are interested in hearing more about the MEP Project Manager opportunities, please send a copy of your CV to akil.walton@navartis.co.uk or apply directly through the website.Discipline(s): Data Centre, TechnologyJob type: Permanent
