We are currently looking to recruit an M&E Maintenance Supervisor who will supervise and manage the onsite hard services maintenance team, ensuring all day-to-day operations are delivered safely and efficiently.

As part of the M&E Maintenance Supervisor role, you will:
Lead the day-to-day hard service maintenance operations.
Work with scheduler to ensure all PPM and reactive works are completed safely and within specified timescales in line with the contract SLA.
Develop a productive relationship with the clients representatives.
Ensure all relevant company H&S & HR policies and procedures are implemented to include incident reporting, risk assessment, Tool Box talks and efficient documentation completion.
Carry out annual SMART reviews of technicians.
Assist in the control and management of subcontractors on site.
Ensure continuous improvement is an integral part of the service delivery.
Oversee completion of all monthly reporting records as required for KPI.

As an M&E Maintenance Supervisor, were looking for:

Recognised formal engineering qualification in either electrical or mechanical engineering
Experience within a supervisory Maintenance role.
Strong building services maintenance background.
Experience in a similar role in a facilities management environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong decision making ability
