Year Leader

Teaching Personnel are currently supporting the recruitment of a passionate and dedicated Year Leader on behalf of a warm, vibrant and multicultural primary school in Slough. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic teacher who has high expectations of themselves and their pupils and is committed to driving excellent outcomes for children both academically and personally. The successful candidate will join a welcoming and well-established team of practitioners and will play a key role in leading and supporting their year group team, helping to ensure high standards of teaching, learning and pupil wellbeing across the phase. Salary MPS - UPS + TLR 2A (dependent on experience) The Role The school is seeking to appoint a caring, motivated and inspirational Year Leader who can lead by example and contribute positively to the wider school community.
