About the role
Would you like to work for a forward thinking, growing organisation in the Watford area.
You will have 1 years experience in 2nd line support and be able to go in to the office 4/5 days per week.
The salary is paying between £30000-£31000. You will work 35 hours a week and be offered a good benefits package including private medical, pension, parking, 23 days holiday plus 8 Bank holidays. The offices are modern and the team is friendly and supportive.
Day to day duties will be supporting on Microsoft and sales systems such as Salesforce.
You will resolve queries and escalate where required and you will be troubleshooting escalated hardware and software issues.
For this role you will need to be a great communicator and be able to deal with a busy workload.
