The role can be based in Edinburgh or Glasgow and the firm are interested in speaking with Associate and Senior Associate level lawyers. A leading Scottish law firm is seeking an ambitious Corporate/ Corporate Finance Associate/Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Corporate team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside market-leading partners on some of Scotland's most significant and complex transactions, advising a diverse client base ranging from entrepreneurial businesses and high-growth companies to private equity houses, financial institutions and multinational organisations.
