This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader who is committed to person-centred care, positive outcomes, and developing high-performing teams.About the RoleAs the Enabling Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, management, and regulatory compliance of the service. You will inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding care while promoting independence, choice, dignity, and inclusion for the people we support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide effective leadership and management of the service.Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and organisational policies.Lead, motivate, and develop a skilled and engaged workforce.Maintain high standards of care, support, and safeguarding.Manage budgets and resources effectively.Build positive relationships with individuals, families, professionals, and stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement and service excellence.About YouRegistered Manager experience within health and social care.Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards.Proven leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Passionate about delivering person-centred, enabling support.Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to achieve).Full UK driving licence desirable.For an informal discussion about the roles, please contact Simone Heald, Operation manager, email Simone.Heald@rotherham.gov.uk This post involves working with adults and therefore if successful you will be required to apply for a disclosure of criminal records check at an enhanced level.
