The Opportunity
Were hiring a Business Development Executive to accelerate EquiConnects growth across the UK and beyond. This role is ideal for motivated sales professionals who want to build a career in consultative sales, own the full sales cycle, and work with a genuinely game changing product.

What Youll Be Doing
Lead onsite meetings with racing yards, and equine professionals to understand their challenges and demonstrate how EquiConnect delivers early alerts and welfare insights
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach through to closing
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently hit monthly and quarterly targets
Help organise and support regional events, demos, open days, and educational sessions
Develop strong relationships across the equine, veterinary, and welfare sectors
Support sales forecasting and performance reporting
Work closely with the Sales Lead and wider team to improve processes and scalability as the company grows
What Were Looking For
A strong interest in sales and a desire to build a high-performance commercial career
Passion for equine and animal welfare, you care about the mission, not just the numbers
A self-starter mindset, comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Resilient, proactive, and motivated by targets and progression
Willingness to travel to yards, demos, and events (UK driving licence essential)
Previous sales or equine experience is beneficial but not essential attitude and ambition matter most!
