About the role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Dental Nurse to join a high-end private dental practice in Cricklewood. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and motivated Dental Nurse with previous Head Nurse or Lead Nurse experience, ideally with a background in implant dentistry and IV sedation.
Deliver excellent chairside support to clinicians across a range of dental treatments.
Lead and coordinate daily nursing activities, ensuring the smooth running of clinical operations.
Ensure strict adherence to infection prevention procedures, health and safety regulations, and clinical protocols.
Liaise closely with dentists, Treatment Coordinators, and the management team to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Set a positive example by maintaining high standards of clinical care, professionalism, and patient service.
GDC-registered Dental Nurse Minimum 5 years' experience Previous Lead Nurse or Head Nurse experience Strong experience in private dentistry Experience in implant dentistry IV sedation qualification or experience Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong knowledge of clinical standards and infection control Leadership skills and ability to support and mentor the nursing team
17–£18 per hour, depending on experience Modern, fully digital private practice Ongoing training and development Career progression opportunities Supportive and professional team DBS covered
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm - Alternate Saturdays
