My client are a multinational mining firm looking for an experienced legal professional to provide strategic legal support across its commodity trading and shipping operations, advising on complex, cross-border transactions in a fast-paced international environment.

What we’re looking for

6+ PQE (common law qualified)

Commodity trading, shipping or trade finance experience

Strong drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Exposure to international trading frameworks, contracts and financing structures

This is a fantastic opportunity to partner with commercial teams, advise on high-value transactions across global markets, and join a collaborative legal team within one of the world's leading natural resources businesses.
