Engineering Manager (HVAC)

Our successful and well established client specialises in the design, development and manufacture of bespoke heat exchangers and cooling solutions. They have an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Engineering Manager. Role The role sits at the centre of the engineering function overseeing product design, technical compliance and engineering delivery across multiple concurrent projects. You will ensure that designs are robust, manufacturable and aligned with real-world production capability. Key Responsibilities Lead design and engineering development of bespoke cooling systems Oversee mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration design activities Ensure engineering outputs are fully manufacturable and compliant Provide technical leadership during production build and commissioning Manage engineering workload, priorities, and project delivery timelines Work closely with production engineering and fabrication teams Drive improvements in product performance, reliability, and cost efficiency About You Engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration) Experience in engineered-to-order or bespoke manufacturing environments Strong understanding of HVAC or heat exchange systems Proven leadership experience in an engineering team Ability to balance design intent with manufacturing reality To apply, or for more detail, please reach out to Steve Johnstone at Morson Edge using (url removed) or call (Apply online only)
