Salary: circa £30,000 per annum (negotiable for the right candidate)

Requirements Previous Room Leader or senior nursery experience

Full and relevant Early Years qualification

Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding

Confident supporting both room and management responsibilities

Passion for outdoor learning and child-led play
