USED CAR RETAIL MANAGER

WIMBLEDON, SOUTH WEST LONDON | £39,729 BASIC | £57,770 OTE | COMPANY CAR | PERMANENT

THE OPPORTUNITY

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Used Car Retail Manager to join a dealership in Wimbledon, South West London.

This role offers the opportunity to support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the used car department, coaching the team and driving sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer care.

The package includes a £39,729 basic salary, £57,770 OTE and a company car. The OTE is performance-dependent and not guaranteed. Working hours, weekend rota and bonus structure are still to be confirmed.

THE ROLE

Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day leadership of the sales department.

Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.

Develop prospecting activity, test drives, and physical and video vehicle presentations.

Monitor team performance and support the achievement of departmental objectives.

Maintain a compliant sales process and high standards of customer care.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Proven experience managing a sales team.

A strong track record of delivering sales targets and maximising profitability.

Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.

The ability to manage team performance and drive commercial results.

A full, valid manual driving licence held for at least six months.

The ability to commute to the Wimbledon dealership within one hour.
