Regulatory Reporting Operations Analyst An exciting opportunity to join a major programme within a leading global investment bank, supporting its Regulatory Services function within Operations. The role will focus on the operational delivery and support of regulatory reporting, working within a complex Capital Markets environment and engaging with teams across Operations, Controls and the wider business. Provide day-to-day operational support across regulatory reporting activities
Support the investigation and resolution of regulatory reporting issues and exceptions
Work with key stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and operational impacts
Assist with the analysis of existing reporting processes and identify opportunities for improvement
Support controls and governance activities associated with regulatory reporting
Coordinate across Operations and other relevant business functions
Contribute to regulatory and operational change initiatives impacting the reporting environment
Produce and maintain clear process, requirement and operational documentation where required
What we're looking for:
Experience within Regulatory Reporting, Regulatory Operations or a related Operations function
Background within Investment Banking, Capital Markets or Financial Services
Understanding of how regulatory reporting fits within an operational environment
Experience investigating issues, exceptions or breaks and working with stakeholders through to resolution
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams
Exposure to risk, controls, governance or regulatory change would be advantageous
