Our client is looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative / Driver in the DH9 Region.

A Grounds Maintenance Driver/Operative works within Facilities Management and Building Services to maintain outdoor spaces to a high standard.
The role involves operating vehicles and equipment, carrying out landscaping and maintenance tasks, and ensuring grounds are safe, clean, and visually well-kept across sites.
Main Duties: Carry out routine grounds maintenance such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, and litter clearance.
Operate and maintain vehicles, machinery, and tools safely and effectively.
Transport staff, equipment, and materials between sites as required.
Undertake seasonal tasks such as gritting, leaf clearance, and planting.
Report faults, hazards, or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
Responsibilities / Requirements: Hold a valid driving licence appropriate for work vehicles
- (Role includes Torro Tractor Driving) Follow health and safety regulations, including safe use of equipment and PPE.
Work independently and as part of a team to meet service standards. xwzovoh
Maintain reliability, good timekeeping, and a strong work ethic.
Shift Patterns: Monday
- Friday (7.30am
- 3.30pm)
