The Role
You will manage and support a varied caseload of employer's liability and public liability claims, including:

• Fast-track and multi-track litigation
• Employer's liability claims
• Public liability matters
• Claims arising within healthcare environments
• Cases requiring strategic litigation management, detailed evidence analysis and regular client reporting

About You
The successful candidate will have:

• Approximately 8–10+ years' post-qualification experience with relevant EL/PL litigation experience
