Requirements Essential TTP Bronze certification (Train the Painter – Protective Coating Applicator) or above Previous experience in industrial, automotive, rail, or similar paint spraying environments Good understanding of coatings, materials, and spray application techniques Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality workmanship Ability to follow health & safety procedures, method statements, and risk assessments Good communication skills with a reliable and professional approach Desirable TTP Silver or Gold certification Experience with abrasive blasting or surface preparation CSCS card or other relevant site certifications Willingness to undertake further training and development The Role Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, and priming Apply coatings and paints using appropriate spray equipment and techniques Ensure all work meets required specifications and quality standards Monitor environmental conditions and coating requirements during application Carry out basic inspections and rectify minor defects where required Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment Follow all company procedures, site rules, and health & safety regulations Work collaboratively with the wider team to meet production targets What's next?
