Deputy Manager ready to step up to Registered Manager (Home Care)

Are you a Deputy Manager in home care or a care home, ready for your first Registered Manager role?

We're working with ambitious care providers across York and North Yorkshire who want to promote experienced deputies into Registered Manager positions, with real support to make the step up.

What we're looking for

* Experience as a Deputy Manager in domiciliary care, a care home or supported living

* Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Adult Care, or working towards it

* A good understanding of CQC and what good looks like

* A full UK driving licence is a plus for home care roles

* Right to work in the UK
