Were looking for a hands-on, high-energy Bar Manager to oversee the bar operation, lead the team and help deliver one of Brightons most exciting hospitality experiences.

The Role
As Bars Manager, youll oversee the day-to-day running of multiple bar operations across the venue, leading the team through busy services while ensuring exceptional drinks, service and guest experience at all times.
Youll be responsible for:
Overseeing daily bar operations and confidently running busy shifts
Leading, developing and motivating the bar team
Ensuring cocktail quality, spec knowledge and service standards are consistently high
Supporting stock control, ordering and labour management
Driving sales, profitability and guest experience
Creating a positive, energetic and high-performing team culture
Supporting events, seasonal trading peaks and high-volume services
Maintaining licensing, compliance and health & safety standards
Acting as a role model for bartenders, bar backs and floor teams

About You
Youll already have experience working in busy, high-volume bars and be confident leading teams in fast-paced environments.
You might currently be a Bar Manager, Assistant Bar Manager or Senior Bartender ready to step into a bigger, more dynamic venue.

Youll bring:
Experience in a senior bar or leadership role
Strong cocktail and drinks knowledge
Confidence managing busy services and high-volume trade
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Experience supporting rotas, labour control and stock management
Knowledge of licensing, risk assessments and health & safety
A hands-on leadership style with great floor presence
Energy, personality and the ability to stay calm under pressure
