Document Controller

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to work on the Sizewell C project, one of the UK's largest and most significant infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation and ensuring information is accurately recorded, controlled and distributed across the project. Key Responsibilities: * Managing, registering, distributing and archiving project documentation * Maintaining accurate document registers and records * Managing document revisions, approvals and workflows * Tracking RFIs, technical submissions and project correspondence * Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and clients * Ensuring documentation meets project quality and compliance requirements * Supporting the compilation of handover and quality documentation * Producing reports and maintaining clear audit trails Requirements: * Previous experience working as a Document Controller within construction, infrastructure or engineering * Experience using document management systems such as Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint or similar * Strong Microsoft Office skills * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills * Experience on major infrastructure or nuclear projects would be advantageous This is an excellent opportunity to join a major long-term infrastructure project and work alongside experienced construction and engineering professionals
