You should have 2 - 5 years' PQE in private client and be confident handling matters independently, including high-value and more complex estates, while providing clear, practical advice and a high level of client care.ResponsibilitiesManaging a broad caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate and estate administrationAdvising on estate planning, inheritance tax mitigation and trustsPreparing wills, lasting powers of attorney, deeds of variation, gifts and family arrangementsObtaining grants of probate and dealing with the administration of estatesPreparing estate accounts and supporting legal and financial documentationAdvising on the creation and administration of trusts and Deputyship OrdersCorresponding with the Probate Registry, Land Registry, Office of the Public Guardian, solicitors and other third partiesDealing with new enquiries, including more complex mattersProviding excellent client service and building strong professional relationshipsAbout you2-5 years' PQE in Wills, Probate and Estate AdministrationExperience handling a broad range of Private Client mattersStrong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, estate planning and powers of attorneyExcellent communication, drafting and client care skillsA professional, approachable and empathetic manner when dealing with clientsA collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the wider teamThis role will suit someone looking to develop their private client career within a friendly and professional firm, with the opportunity to manage their own caseload and build long-term relationships with clients.For more information please contact Kate Sinclair at Chadwick Nott: dl07921 *At Chadwick Nott, we are committed to developing a diverse and inclusive culture as well as supporting our large client network achieve the same.
