Hospitality Manager – New Opening | Cambridge

We are looking for a hands-on Hospitality Manager to join a brand-new opening in Cambridge from 5th November through to the end of the year, with the potential for ongoing temporary work after Christmas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead a small team, oversee daily operations and deliver an excellent breakfast and lunch service for a site catering to 150–200 people.

What's on offer:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:30am – 4:00pm
• Starting 5th November
• Temporary ongoing role until the end of the year, with potential to extend

You'll need:

• Previous experience in a Hospitality Manager or similar hands-on supervisory role
• Experience overseeing breakfast and lunch service in a busy hospitality or catering environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and support a small team
• A hands-on approach, leading by example and getting involved in the day-to-day operation
