I'm recruiting on behalf of an award-winning country house hotel and 3 AA Rosette restaurant, renowned for its exceptional food, warm hospitality and commitment to developing talented chefs. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a stable, ambitious brigade producing refined dishes using the very best seasonal ingredients.

Working closely with an experienced Head Chef, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading from the front during service and helping to maintain the consistently high standards the kitchen is known for.
