We are currently looking for a passionate Waiter/ess to join our Mirror Bar on a casual basis , with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a Waiter/ess , your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
To be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the restaurant and to know where to find all the information.
To participate in food and beverage training and Master classes to ensure up to date knowledge of product.
To work closely with Waiter, Outlet's Supervisor and Manager on duty to ensure the smooth running of the shift.
To be fully aware of all F&B Promotions in place for all the F&B Areas in the Hotel and to communicate them to guests when appropriate.
To perform any other duties as requested by Outlet's Supervisor or Manager on duty to ensure our guest receive efficient service.
You will work the hours according to your availability and business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
