Our PICU services are at the forefront of intensive care, designed to assist those with complex needs and challenging behaviors, including co-existing issues like substance misuse. Plus, we're conveniently located just 5 minutes from Bristol Parkway train station and 10 minutes from Bristol Temple Meads, with easy access to the motorway network.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a vital member of our compassionate team, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care by assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Act as the patient's named nurse, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective recovery-focused care.
• Respond proactively to changes in patients' needs while supporting their families and carers.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
• Maintain compliance with safeguarding, medicines management, the Mental Capacity Act, the NMC Code, and organizational policies.
• Commit to continuous professional development and support newly qualified staff through preceptorship.

What You'll Bring

Essential Qualifications:

• Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.
• Completed preceptorship with 6-12 months of post-registration experience.
• A genuine commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate mental health care.
