M&E Engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an M&E Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for an M&E Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the M&E Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The M&E Engineer, will be responsible for:

* Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across multiple buildings.

* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Maintain accurate records of work completed.

* Liaise with site contacts and management to ensure smooth operations., Escort Sub-contractors whilst on-site.

To be successful for this M&E Engineer role you must have:

* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

* Experience in facilities management or building services.

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* A proactive, safety-first mindset.
