Customer Service Advisor – Contact Centre (Central Glasgow)
We’re looking for motivated Customer Service Advisors to join our growing contact centre team based in central Glasgow.
Salary: £26,500 – £28,500
Hours:
Shifts between 10:00am – 11:00pm
Includes weekend working
First 3 months: latest finish 7:00pmLocation & Flexibility:
Office-based in central Glasgow for first 3 months
Fully remote working available after this periodThe Role:
Handling customer enquiries in a Banking environment for a
Providing excellent service and resolving issues efficiently
Working in a fast-paced, supportive team environmentWhat We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Regulated environment desired across any industries.
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
