Leading and shaping high-quality care in the community offers real impact, and this Registered Manager role gives you the platform to do exactly that. As a Registered Manager within complex care, you will take ownership of community packages supporting adults and children with complex needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, and physical conditions.
This is a role for an experienced Registered Manager who understands the demands of community-based delivery. You will have the autonomy to influence service delivery, support growth, and build strong relationships across the healthcare system while maintaining high clinical and governance standards.
Package & Benefits
Salary of £55,000 to £60,000 per annum
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and birthday off (after qualifying period)

Key Responsibilities
Hold full CQC registration and maintain compliance across community services
Oversee complex care packages including care planning, risk assessments, and clinical governance
Manage and support carers and nurses delivering care in the community
Build relationships with commissioners, case managers, and MDTs while supporting service growth
About You
Previous experience in a complex community care management role
Strong knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and clinical governance
Experience managing and growing community-based care packages
