The role
chef de partie required to run a section in the kitchen, you will ensure everything runs smoothly in your section , prep your section for service and cook in service. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.

Expeirence
We are looking for a chef de partie from a fresh food background, with good knife skills and can work in a fresh osette level kitchen and also fdo banqueting.
