Senior Global Payroll Specialist (US Payroll)

As a Senior Global Payroll Specialist for an international law firm. You will be reporting to the Global Payroll Manager, you will act as deputy and drive accurate payroll operations. This role requires exceptional, hands-on expertise in US multi-state payroll processing, alongside international experience, to manage compliance, vendor relationships, and complex global mobility tasks. Role Highlights Key Focus: Deep, hands-on experience in US multi-state payroll is essential. Leadership: Act as deputy and trusted escalation point for the Global Payroll Manager. Scope: Deliver accurate end-to-end payroll across the US, UK, and international regions.Key Responsibilities US Payroll Mastery: Lead complex US multi-state payroll operations, tax compliance, and year-end reporting. Operations & Delivery: Process end-to-end payrolls accurately, meeting strict local legislative deadlines. Vendor Management: Challenge and manage external payroll providers to ensure top service levels. Controls & Projects: Maintain robust payroll controls and drive continuous process improvements.What We Need From You Strong, proven experience in US multi-state payroll processing.
