Head of Power & Grid Sales Strategy

Mitie Group plc. in Greater London is looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to drive the growth of our Power and Grid Business Unit. This role leads a cross-functional sales team, focusing on business development within a £3 billion portfolio across Solar, EV, and Battery Storage within the UK's National Grid design programme.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in power systems and demonstrated success in scaling sales across complex structures. Key responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships and aligning sales strategies with environmental and decarbonisation goals.
