This is a key role overseeing the commercial performance of multiple projects, ensuring profitability, managing risk, and supporting successful project delivery.
What Youll Be Doing Managing contracts Overseeing project budgets, forecasts, and cost control Handling valuations, variations, and final accounts Identifying and mitigating commercial risks Negotiating contract terms (JCT/NEC) Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams What Were Looking For Proven experience in a Commercial or Contracts Manager role (electrical or construction) Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts Commercially astute with strong financial awareness Confident xwzovoh negotiator and communicator Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Whats On Offer £55,000 £65,000 salary (DOE) Performance-related bonus Company car and fuel card 23 days holiday bank holidays Genuine career progression in a growing business
