Group Financial Controller

A leading leisure and hospitality business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified candidate to join its finance function.Reporting to the CFO, with extensive exposure to CEO, this role has full ownership of the groups financial and management reporting. Having recently secured investment, there will also be projects to aid business growth and change.  You will:Lead Group financial control, reporting, risk and governance, ensuring robust controls and complete confidence in financial performance.Lead all statutory, tax and regulatory compliance activities, managing key relationships with HMRC, auditors, banks and advisors.Own the group balance sheet, cash flow, liquidity, working capital and covenant management, driving strong financial discipline and performance.Provide commercial leadership on key contracts, partnerships and loyalty programmes, ensuring maximum value creation.Drive operational excellence across the Finance centre and Procurement, delivering efficient processes, strong controls and an outstanding service culture.Champion finance transformation, leading systems, process improvements and continuous enhancement across the functionYou will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a Group Financial Controller role. Experience in a leisure, hospitality or consumer would be desirable.This is a great chance to join a well known brand in a senior finance role.
