Job Title: Recruitment Consultant (360) Industry: Food Manufacturing Location: Manchester City Centre Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses Work Type: Hybrid (Tuesday & Friday WFH) Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-3pm About the Company Dunraven Recruitment is a specialist permanent recruitment business focused on the Food & Beverage Manufacturing Industry. Recruitment Consultant Benefits: * Competitive basic salary with regular salary reviews * Excellent commission and bonus structure * Quarterly and Anual performance bonus * KPI/ Activity Bonuses * Additional percentage of billings above annual target paid at year end * 28 days holiday + bank holidays * 1 additional holiday day for every completed year of service (30 Max.) * Clear and achievable career progression * Opportunity to build and develop your own specialist desk * Opportunity to have a genuine influence on the growth and development of the business * Support, training and development Recruitment Consultant Job Responsibilities: * Manage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to placement * Develop new business and generate new client relationships * Manage and develop existing client accounts * Build and maintain a strong candidate network within the Food Manufacturing sector * Manage candidates throughout the recruitment process * Negotiate offers and manage the process through to successful placement * Develop long-term relationships with clients and candidates * Conduct outbound business development calls * Maintain accurate records and activity on the recruitment system * Work towards agreed individual billing and performance targets * Take ownership of your own recruitment desk and specialist market Essential Recruitment Consultant Requirements: * Minimum 2 years' food manufacturing recruitment experience * Experience in both business development and candidate delivery * Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships * Confident making business development calls and winning new clients * Strong candidate management and delivery skills * Target-driven and able to demonstrate a successful billing track record * Ability to work independently and take ownership of your desk * Must be within a commutable distance of Manchester City Centre
