Evening Floor Housekeeper

The Evening Floor Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations on assigned guest floors during the evening shift between 2.30 pm to 11 pm, ensuring luxury standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort are consistently achieved. You will lead and support the evening housekeeping team while maintaining a calm, professional presence and a strong focus on detail and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise evening housekeeping operations across assigned guest floors
• Conduct detailed room and floor inspections to ensure brand and quality standards are met
• Coordinate and support evening turndown service
• Allocate tasks and manage staff productivity during the shift
• Act as the main point of contact for housekeeping-related guest requests in the evening
• Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high performance
• Ensure corridors, service areas, and back-of-house spaces are immaculate
• Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety concerns promptly
• Ensure full Health and Safety compliance within the department
• Liaise with the Housekeeping Manager and Night Management team to ensure smooth operations

About You

• Previous supervisory experience within hotel housekeeping or a similar environment
