Shift Details: 4 x 10.5-hour shifts per week Monday to Thursday: 4:30 PM 3:00 AM Thursday night shift finishes at 2:00 AM Overtime available and encouraged Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of £17.10 Overtime paid at enhanced rates Long-term career prospects in a growing company Supportive team environment Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC punch press machinery to produce precision metal components Work with mild steel as standard, with occasional stainless steel and aluminium Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining Make adjustments to CNC programs and machine settings as required Perform regular quality checks to ensure components meet required tolerances Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment About You: Proven experience as a CNC Machinist (setting and operating essential) Experience operating CNC punch press machinery (highly desirable) Strong understanding of engineering drawings and tolerances High attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Join our night shift team and make a real impact with your CNC machining skills.
