Recruitment & Onboarding Adviser Are you passionate about recruitment, people experience and getting the details right? We're looking for a Recruitment & Onboarding Adviser to play a vital role in attracting, appointing and welcoming new colleagues into the college.

What you'll be doing As part of our People Services team, you'll be a trusted partner to hiring managers and a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for candidates.
Your role will include: Managing end-to-end recruitment activity across a varied portfolio of roles Advertising vacancies and advising managers on effective attraction strategies Supporting shortlisting, interviews and offer management Delivering a seamless pre-employment checking process Coordinating and delivering an engaging onboarding experience Ensuring all recruitment activity is compliant, accurate and well-documented Providing advice and guidance on recruitment best practice and policy Using HR systems to maintain high-quality data and produce insights What we're looking for You'll bring energy, organisation and a real passion for people.
Ideally, you'll have: Proven experience in recruitment, onboarding or an HR / People Services role Strong customer service skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Confidence using HR or applicant tracking systems A commitment to equality, diversity and inclusive recruitment practices CIPD qualification (or working towards one) would be great, but it's not essential.
