Sales Negotiator – Residential Property Location: Leeds Salary: £28,000 basic + OTE £35,000–£40,000 Hours: Full-time, office-based The OpportunityThis is not a slow, traditional estate agency role. This is a fast-paced, high-volume, high-performing sales environment where deals move quickly, expectations are high, and results are rewarded. You’ll be joining an ambitious team with strong stock levels, active buyers, and a business that genuinely values pace, energy and performance. The RoleYou’ll take ownership of the full sales journey — from initial enquiry through to completion — working with motivated buyers and sellers in a target-driven environment. Day to day, you will: Speak with and qualify active buyers Conduct viewings and drive urgency Negotiate offers with confidence and commercial awareness Progress deals through to completion Manage multiple transactions at pace Keep momentum in every deal — no stagnationThis is a role for someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action and thrives on getting deals over the line. What You’ll Need Experience in estate agency or property sales Strong negotiation skills and confidence closing deals A proactive, sales-first mindset Ability to work at pace and manage volume High energy, resilience and a results-driven attitudeThis isn’t for someone who wants a quiet desk — you need to be comfortable in a busy, performance-led environment.
